Stationary truck scales
Stationary vehicle scales are founded on a foundation, wet cast on the construction site.
They are made as scales elevated above the ground level (weightbridges) or pit scales
The scales bridge is fully made of steel (covered with a tread plate) or made of steel and concrete, i.e. a steel frame is filled with a reinforced concrete of the B35 grade.
The weightbridges can be equipped – on the customer’s request – with sides protecting against the vehicle slide. The entry takes place through concrete or steel approaches with the length of approximately 4 m. The height of the driving part of the weighing bridge does not exceed 38 cm (depending on version).
The pit scales have got the driving bridge at the same level as the road pavement, which facilitates entry and is of particular importance in case of scales foundation in the place, where straight entry is difficult.
The advantage of the WSAS01-Z/SB pit scales is their simple cleaning. The weighing bridge has got a hatch, thorough which a free access to the whole surface under the bridge is possible. Cleaning of the scales does not require removal of the bridge and it can be carried out independently by the operator’s team without involvement of heavy equipment or a service.
Also the weightbridges are constructed in such a way that their cleaning is simplified to the maximum and the possibility of freezing up to the foundation in the winter conditions is eliminated.

- Overrun scale with steel platform, WSAS01-N/S type
- Overrun scale with steel-concrete platform, with sides, WSAS01-N/SB type
- Overrun scale with steel-concrete platform, low-cost version, WSAS01-N/SBE type
- Pit vehicle scale with steel-concrete platform, WSAS01-Z/SB type
